How do we charge?

Transcription: US$1.7 up (per minute)

Captions: US$3 up (per minute)

Please note: Less than 1 minute will still be counted as 1 minute.

eg: 9 minutes and 15 seconds→counted as 10 minutes

We will charge half of the total amount as a deposit.

Small payments are recommended to be paid in one lump sum.

How long will it take to process？

1 hour long video or audio file may take up to 3 days to process; 2 hours→4 days; 3 hours→5 days

If we complete the case early, we will deliver it to you early.

How to send files to us？

Small files: You can directly send small files to us via LINE or Email.

Large files: Please upload the files to your personal Google Drive first. And then share permissions and give us the link via Line or Email to download.


The video file is very large, can I give the smaller video file or MP3 audio file？

Sure! If it's just a conversation, we don't need to refer to the video content, you can just give us 360P video file or MP3 audio file.

How to pay？

We accept Paypal and Payoneer.
